We use various drilling methods including rotary drilling, continuous flight auger (CFA), and full displacement techniques depending on the geological conditions and project requirements.

What is the typical pile installation rate?

Installation rates vary based on pile diameter, depth, and soil conditions. Typically, we achieve 1-3 piles per day for standard bored piles (600-1000mm diameter, up to 20m depth). For CFA piles, productivity can be higher at 3-6 piles per day. We provide detailed schedules during project planning.

Do you provide pile load testing services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive testing services including Pile Integrity Testing (PIT), Static Load Testing, and Dynamic Load Testing (PDA). These tests verify pile quality and confirm designed load capacity. All testing is performed by qualified engineers with results documented per international standards.

How quickly can you mobilize to a project site?

We maintain a ready fleet of equipment allowing us to mobilize within 48-72 hours for most projects in the UAE. For emergency or urgent works, we can often achieve faster deployment. Our in-house equipment ownership eliminates dependency on third-party rental timelines.
